The authors include a 3rd generation beekeeper (Monica) and a trained Southwest forager (Jacqueline).
Both are homesteaders and in this book share easy and generally sustainable ways to use the bounty of our unique region, as well as products from the garden and supermarket.

Highly recommend this book! We put one out during national honey month and the first person in the library snapped it up, and has raved about it to her friends.
Note that our library is not even in the Southwest and this book was useful! (One of the authors has kin in the area.)
